Our family has been harvesting rhubarb, too. We've made strawberry rhubarb pie, rhubarb muffins (two or three recipes), sour cream rhubarb squares, rhubarb cake... all of which are delicious. And... we still have more rhubarb in the fridge and more growing in the garden! Any more ideas of what we could do? You make rhubarb crisp, I think...
ooh I love rhubarb too! Looking at the photo and then reading what Jenna said makes me want to go over to my parents' home and get some to make a desert! yummm!!
