I brown some onion and mushroom and then add chopped meat and brown that too - season it as you like, and put a couple of spoonfuls into the center of each dough square. Seal into a triangle, crimp edges with a fork if you like, and brush with beaten egg plus a sesame seed sprinkle. These baked at 400 F for about 30 minutes or so.
