Any ideas for fun for the summer? Magoo told me yesterday that I'm boring...yep, preety much broke my heart!
Are you serious?! Oh no... poor you! How can a bread-making homemaker resist her own delicious bread?? Sorry to hear of this outcome.
ReplyDeleteOh, and what a comment from your son! I guess he's been having way too much fun in Kindergarten? Hmm... I'll let you know if I can come up with any ideas, although I think he's pretty good at entertaining himself. In fact, after that comment, he should be coming up with his own ideas!
ReplyDeleteno worries--there's plenty of eating and baking alternatives for the gluten=free nowadays! you can continue to bake and enjoy with any of the following: almond flour, rice flour, there's a great gluten-free brand called Tom Sawyer All Purpose Gluten Free Flour, also another great brand is Gluten Free Mama--they carry and almond flour and a coconut flour. there are others, but those are the ones tried and tested in our home when hannah was diagnosed with autism at age 3 and was having all sorts of food complications. the only real difference was in the mixing--can't overdo it or you'll get a brick instead of a loaf of bread. other than that, we really couldn't taste the difference between gluten free and regular whole wheat. although gluten free is a bit more costly, if you love to make anything homemade, its definitely worth it!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are so far from boring!
